Early check-in before 3:00pm = $10.00 per hour (or part)
Early check-in is not guaranteed and may not be available
if your cottage is not ready.
Late arrival arrangements must be made with the office prior
to 6:00pm of your arrival date.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM
Reservations, Cancellations & Changes must be made by phone directly with the office.
A 2 night minimum reservation is required;
3 night minimum reservation during 4th of July holiday stays;
4 night minimum reservation during Paducah Quilt Show Week in April.
(Other special events or fishing tournaments may require a minimum reservation.)
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit of half of your total stay is required upon reservation by Visa, MasterCard or check/mo. Checks or money orders will be accepted for deposits only if received at least 30 days prior to arrival and within 7 days of making your reservation; a valid Visa or MasterCard must also be on file.
The full balance of your reservation is due at check-in by Cash, Visa or MasterCard.
No personal checks or money orders will be accepted at check-in.
If you would like to pay your balance by check or money order, you may send it in advance and it must be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
A cash deposit or valid Visa or MasterCard must be presented at check-in for
security / cleaning guarantee.
All payments made with Visa or MasterCard are subject to an additional
non-refundable processing fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by our office more than 30 days before arrival date:
Deposit less 50% cancellation fee refunded.
Cancellations received by our office less than 30 days before arrival date:
NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Guests are held responsible for all nights reserved.
No refunds or credit for late arrival or early departure.
Deposits guarantee your cottage only until 10:00am the morning following your arrival date. "No Shows", changes and last minute cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be held responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged for all days which we are unable to re-book.
