Late arrival arrangements must be made with the office prior
to 6:00pm of your arrival date.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM
A late check-out fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged for check-out after 10:00am.
Reservations, Cancellations & Changes must be made by phone directly with the office.
A 2 night minimum reservation is required;
3 night minimum during all holiday stays;
4 night minimum during Quilt Show Week
(Other special events or fishing tournaments may require a minimum reservation.)
Deposits & Payments:
A deposit of half of your total stay is required upon reservation.
All holiday stays require a minimum of two night’s deposit.
Checks or money orders will be accepted for deposits only if received at least
30 days prior to arrival and within 7 days of making your reservation;
a valid credit card must also be on file.
Discover, MasterCard, Visa & MC or V Debit Cards are accepted for deposits.
American Express is accepted at check-in only.
The full balance of your reservation is due at check-in.
Cash, credit cards, debit cards or travelers checks are accepted.
No personal checks will be accepted at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by our office more than 30 days before arrival date:
Deposit less 50% cancellation fee refunded.
Cancellations received by our office less than 30 days before arrival date:
NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Deposits guarantee your cottage only until 10:00am the morning
following your arrival date.
‘No Shows’, changes and cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival will
be held responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged for all days
reserved which we are unable to re-book.
Changes to your reservation must be made 30 days before your arrival.
Guests are held responsible for all nights reserved.
No refunds or credit for late arrival or early departure.
$50.00 minimum returned check / declined payment fee.
