1 bedroom: 2 Double beds; living room;

Cottage 8  Renovated 2009

1 bedroom: 2 Double beds; 1 twin bed off

of kitchen; vaulted living room w/ queen

hide-a-bed; large eat-in kitchen; full bath.

Cottage 9 or 10 (Duplex)

Renovated 2002

Each has 2 bedrooms: 2 Double beds in each bedroom; living room w/ hide-a-bed;

Large eat-in kitchen; full bath.

Covered front porch & rear patio.

Maximum 10 people in each

$120.00 per night for 1-4 people

3rd Bedroom Option:
An adjoining 3rd bedroom with 1 Double bed is available to add to either Cottage 9 or 10 on a first reserved basis for an additional $30.00, which includes one additional person.   

Maximum occupancy remains 10 people per cottage. 

Cottage 9 or 10 w/ 3rd bedroom:
$150.00 per night for 1-5 people 

Cottage 9 & 10 together = 5 bedroom:
$270.00 per night for 1-9 people:

Maximum occupancy 20 people.

Cottage 11 (Mobile Home)

2 bedrooms: 2 Double beds / 1 Double Bed;

living room w/ hide-a-bed; eat-in kitchen; full bath.

Children under age 12 stay free – up to 3 free per cottage.
$10.00 per night for each additional child or person age 12 & over. 

All day visitors and overnight guests may be charged as an additional person.
 Rates do not include state and local taxes.

 

Check-in is 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
NO CHECK-IN BEFORE 3:00PM
Late arrival arrangements must be made with the office prior

to 6:00pm of your arrival date.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM
A late check-out fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged for check-out after 10:00am.

 

ALL COTTAGES ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

We ask that all of our guests please smoke outside of the cottages.

Ashtrays are provided at each porch/patio for your convenience.
 

 Cottages 1 thru 11 are housekeeping cottages with fully furnished kitchens including

dishes, silverware, glassware, cookware, refrigerator with freezer, stove,

drip coffee maker with filters, toaster and microwave.  

 

Cabins A, B & C do not offer a full kitchen but have a small refrigerator,

microwave and coffee maker. 

 

All cottages and cabins have wireless high-speed internet, heat, air conditioning,

color cable TV, outdoor charcoal grill and a picnic table.

Bed linens, kitchen & bath towels and toilet paper are provided.

Daily maid service is not provided, however, fresh kitchen & bath towels

are available daily.

Please, bring your own pool towels. 

 

All facilities at Gingerwood Lodges are reserved for our registered guests ONLY.

Out of respect for all of our guests, loud or boisterous behavior will not be tolerated. 

“Quiet Time” is between 10:00pm & 7:00am. 

No house parties, teen or college groups are allowed. 

Exceeding the maximum occupancy at any time, having a pet on the property or

smoking in the cottages will result in eviction without refund and additional person

&/or cleaning charges may be charged.

$250.00 minimum pet / smoking fee. 

We reserve the right to inspect cottages & cabins at any time for compliance

with all rules of stay.


Upon departure, we ask that all of our guests complete the check-out checklist posted,

leaving the cottage as they found it and in a satisfactory condition to avoid additional

cleaning &/or damages charges. 

 

No phone service is available to the cabins or on the grounds, the office takes

emergency messages only. 

 

Rates do not include state and local taxes.
